- Set the final grade. The surface is shaped for smooth transitions and practical water movement.
- Install fresh sod. Pieces are fitted tightly, rolled and watered to improve soil contact.

What affects sod-installation pricing?
Pricing depends on measured square footage, grass variety, site access, removal volume, grading, soil needs, irrigation condition and drainage corrections. A property with poor access or extensive preparation requires a different plan than an open, already-graded lawn.
Do I need working irrigation before sod is installed?
Reliable watering is critical during establishment. We can inspect existing irrigation and discuss repair or watering options before installation.
